David B. Fore is the Founder and Lead Minister of It Ain’t Over Ministries, a faith-based organization dedicated to restoration, redemption, and spiritual renewal through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. He leads with a clear mission to reach the broken, equip believers, and help restore those society has cast aside, embodying the Ministry’s core message that no matter what a person’s past holds—truly It Ain't Over. David’s journey of transformation began during his incarceration in the Georgia Department of Corrections, where he encountered the life-changing truth of the Gospel and received the divine call to Ministry. While still serving his sentence, he earned his Diploma in General Bible Knowledge I & II through United Christian Bible Institute with a GPA of 99.06, and continued his theological training after release through the Prophetic Voice Institute, completing Diplomas in Discipleship, The Deaconate, and Ministry. He is Licensed and Ordained through World Christianship Ministries, holding both Ministerial credentials and an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity, as well as an official church charter. In addition, he has been Ordained by a local Full-Gospel church in Rome, Georgia, affirming his recognized calling and service to the Body of Christ. Through It Ain’t Over Ministries, David oversees programs that focus on prison and jail transition, deliverance, discipleship, and leadership development. His Ministry extends beyond the pulpit—working with returning citizens, mentoring leaders, and helping individuals experience lasting spiritual and personal restoration. David continues to serve as a passionate leader, teacher, and advocate for God’s redemptive power. His life stands as a testimony that no matter how far one has fallen, through Christ, redemption and purpose are always possible.
