ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Purpose of This Agreement

This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Remnant Bible Academy (“RBA,” “the Academy,” “we,” or “us”) and each individual who enrolls in an RBA course or program (“Student,” “you,” or “your”), in connection with Student’s enrollment in one or more courses, programs, or the Christian Discipleship Intensive Training Course (or any other curriculum) offered by RBA (collectively, the “Program”).

By enrolling in any RBA course or program, submitting an RBA enrollment or registration form, or accessing paid or gated RBA course content, Student agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement — without the need for a separately signed or returned copy of this document — as well as RBA’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Statement of Faith, and, where applicable, the Berean Fellowship Community Guidelines, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. See Section 14 (‘Acceptance of This Agreement’) for further detail on how and when this Agreement becomes binding.

2. Age Requirement

Enrollment in RBA is restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By enrolling in the Program, Student represents and warrants that Student is at least 18 years of age. RBA does not enroll, and will immediately withdraw without refund, any individual found to be under the age of 18.

3. Nature of the Program

Student acknowledges and understands that RBA is a Christian educational ministry devoted to rigorous, doctrinally sound, academically grounded Bible instruction. RBA is a ministry endeavor and is not, unless expressly and separately stated in writing, an accredited institution of higher education. Any certificate, diploma, or completion record issued by RBA reflects completion of RBA’s internal curriculum and standards, and is not equivalent to, and should not be represented by Student as, a degree conferred by an accredited college, university, or seminary.

All instruction is provided from a distinctly Christian, Scripturally grounded theological perspective consistent with RBA’s Statement of Faith. RBA does not hold itself out as theologically neutral, and Student acknowledges that course content will reflect RBA’s doctrinal convictions.

4. Doctrinal Acknowledgment

Student acknowledges having received or having had the opportunity to review RBA’s Statement of Faith prior to enrollment. Student understands that engagement with course content, discussion, and community life within the Program and the Berean Fellowship Community is expected to be conducted in a manner consistent with RBA’s Statement of Faith and doctrinal distinctives. Student further understands that RBA welcomes sincere theological inquiry and multi-denominational fellowship, but reserves the right to moderate or restrict participation that is used to actively and repeatedly undermine or proselytize against RBA’s core doctrinal convictions within RBA’s own instructional and community spaces.

This acknowledgment does not require Student to personally hold every doctrinal position taught by RBA as a condition of enrollment, but does require Student’s good-faith agreement to engage with RBA’s instruction respectfully and in accordance with RBA’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

5. Tuition, Fees, and Payment

5.1 Tuition and Fees

Tuition, course fees, and any associated charges for the Program are as disclosed to Student at the time of enrollment, and are stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Some RBA courses may be offered free of charge; where a fee applies, it will be clearly disclosed prior to Student’s enrollment and payment.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time specified during enrollment, processed through RBA’s designated third-party payment processor. Student agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information and authorizes RBA to charge the agreed tuition or fees according to the payment schedule presented at enrollment.

5.3 Refund Policy

Unless a different refund policy is expressly disclosed for a specific course at the time of enrollment, tuition and course fees are non-refundable once Student has accessed course content. RBA may, at its sole discretion, grant exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, including in cases of documented hardship or extenuating circumstance.

The Ministerial Ordination Program is subject to its own, more specific No Refund Policy, which governs refund terms for that program in full.

5.4 Non-Payment

RBA reserves the right to suspend or restrict Student’s access to course content, the Berean Fellowship Community, or any completion record or certificate in the event of non-payment of any tuition or fee owed under this Agreement.

6. Academic Expectations and Participation

Student agrees to engage with the Program in good faith, including completing assigned coursework, participating respectfully in discussion, and meeting any attendance, participation, or assignment requirements specific to Student’s enrolled course or program. RBA reserves the right to establish and communicate specific academic requirements, deadlines, and standards for each course or program, which Student agrees to follow as a condition of continued enrollment and eligibility for any completion record or certificate.

Student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials used to access RBA’s learning platform and the Berean Fellowship Community, and for all activity conducted under Student’s account.

7. Code of Conduct

Student agrees to conduct themselves, both within RBA’s instructional platforms and within the Berean Fellowship Community, in accordance with RBA’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. This includes, without limitation, refraining from harassment, academic dishonesty, plagiarism, doctrinal disruption conducted in bad faith, and any conduct RBA determines, in good faith, to be harmful to RBA, its students, faculty, or ministry mission.

RBA reserves the right to suspend or dismiss Student from the Program, without refund, for a violation of this Code of Conduct, RBA’s Terms of Service, or the Community Guidelines, at RBA’s sole discretion.

8. Withdrawal and Dismissal

8.1 Voluntary Withdrawal

Student may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice to RBA using the contact information in Section 12. Withdrawal does not entitle Student to a refund except as provided under Section 5.3 or as otherwise required by applicable law.

8.2 Dismissal by RBA

RBA reserves the right to dismiss Student from the Program at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement, RBA’s Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, or for conduct RBA determines, in good faith, to be incompatible with the Program’s mission and standards. Dismissal under this Section does not entitle Student to a refund of tuition or fees already paid.

9. Completion Records and Certificates

Where RBA issues a certificate, diploma, or other completion record upon Student’s successful completion of a course or program, such record reflects completion of RBA’s internal curriculum only. Student agrees not to represent any RBA completion record as equivalent to an accredited academic degree, and agrees to accurately describe the nature of RBA’s Program when referencing it in any professional, ministerial, or public context.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, lectures, recordings, and other content made available to Student through the Program (“RBA Content”) remain the property of RBA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property law. Student is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use RBA Content solely for Student’s personal, non-commercial educational use during and in connection with Student’s enrollment. Student may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, record, or redistribute RBA Content without RBA’s prior express written consent.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PROGRAM AND ALL RBA CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RBA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR MINISTERIAL, ACADEMIC, OR PROFESSIONAL OUTCOME.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RBA, ITS FOUNDER, LEADERSHIP TEAM, INSTRUCTORS, AND AFFILIATED MINISTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO STUDENT’S ENROLLMENT IN OR COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM. RBA’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO STUDENT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL TUITION AND FEES PAID BY STUDENT TO RBA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law, Notices, and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to first seek to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement through good-faith, direct communication, and, where appropriate, biblically-grounded mediation consistent with RBA’s ministry values.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with RBA’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Statement of Faith, and the Berean Fellowship Community Guidelines, constitutes the entire agreement between Student and RBA regarding Student’s enrollment, and supersedes any prior oral or written understanding regarding the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Acceptance of This Agreement

No printed, signed, or separately returned copy of this Agreement is required. Student’s enrollment in any RBA course or program constitutes Student’s full and binding acceptance of this Enrollment Agreement in its entirety, including RBA’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Statement of Faith, and the Berean Fellowship Community Guidelines, and confirms that Student is at least 18 years of age.

Student is considered to have accepted this Agreement upon the occurrence of any one of the following, whichever occurs first: (a) submitting an RBA enrollment or registration form; (b) completing payment of any applicable tuition or course fee; or (c) accessing any RBA course content, whether paid or free of charge. This Agreement is binding on that basis alone and requires no further action, signature, or countersignature by either Student or RBA to take effect.

RBA encourages every Student to read this Agreement, along with RBA’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Statement of Faith, and Community Guidelines, in full prior to enrolling. A current copy of each document is available on RBA’s website at all times for Student’s reference.
