No Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

At The Remnant Bible Academy, we want every student who begins a paid program with us to finish it — not just pay for it. This policy exists to be upfront about what happens once payment is made, so there’s no confusion later.

Ministerial Ordination Program ($300.00, flat)

The $300.00 fee for the Ministerial Ordination Program is non-refundable, without exception, once payment is received. This fee reserves your place in the program and covers the ongoing work of our Administrators — reviewing your coursework, your thesis, your recorded sermon, and your final exam — throughout your time in the program.

To be direct: if you enroll in the Ministerial Ordination Program and do not complete it — whether from lack of effort, loss of interest, failure to meet program deadlines, or any other reason within your control — no refund will be issued. We take this program seriously, and we ask that anyone who pays for it does the same. Completing it requires real commitment on your part; the fee reflects that commitment, not just administrative processing.

Printed Copy Option ($25.00)

Students who request a printed, mailed copy of their Diploma pay a one-time $25.00 fee to cover printing and shipping. Once this fee is paid and your printed copy has been prepared for mailing, it is non-refundable — these costs are incurred on our end as soon as your order is processed, regardless of when the physical copy arrives or whether you later change your mind.
