Biographical Overview
Perry Stone (b. June 23, 1959, Parsons, West Virginia) is an American evangelist, Bible teacher, and author based in Cleveland, Tennessee. A fourth-generation minister, he began preaching at age sixteen and has spent more than four decades in itinerant ministry, biblical prophecy instruction, and Hebraic roots teaching. He is the founder of Voice of Evangelism Outreach Ministries (VOE), the Omega Center International (OCI) church and conference campus, and the International School of the Word (ISOW), and has hosted the weekly television program Manna-Fest since 2000.
Education & Ministerial Formation
Stone continued his education after high school through the Lee University extension program in Cleveland, Tennessee, and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Covenant Life Christian College in Rocky Top, Tennessee. His principal ministerial mentor was Dr. T. L. Lowery, a Pentecostal minister who pastored Church of God congregations in Cleveland, Tennessee, and Washington, D.C., and who shaped Stone’s early theological and pastoral development.
Ministry & Professional History
Stone founded Voice of Evangelism Outreach Ministries in 1985, growing it from a local revival ministry into an international evangelistic outreach headquartered in a 70,000-square-foot ministry center in Cleveland, Tennessee. In 2009 he established the Omega Ranch Project, an 80-acre campus adjoining VOE that today houses Omega Center International (OCI), a church and conference facility. In 2015, VOE acquired the T. L. Lowery Ministry Center in Cleveland to launch the International School of the Word (ISOW), an online Bible school offering both certificate and accredited degree-pathway coursework across more than one hundred courses in biblical languages, theology, prophecy, and ministry development; Dr. Bryan Cutshall serves as ISOW’s Chancellor. Stone also directs affiliated outreach ministries, including Hope House, a transitional program for women, and Warrior-Fest, an annual youth conference held at OCI.
Fields of Study & Expertise
Stone’s teaching centers on biblical (end-times) prophecy, the Hebraic roots of the Christian faith, and Old and New Testament exposition. He has authored a topical, verse-by-verse commentary spanning both testaments and has taught extensively on subjects including biblical typology, dreams and visions, spiritual warfare, and the Feasts of Israel, frequently drawing on research trips to Israel, where Manna-Fest programming is filmed on location.

Stone has written more than one hundred books and booklets, several of which have appeared on Christian bestseller lists, including How to Interpret Dreams and Visions, This Season of Angels, Breaking the Jewish Code, and America’s Apocalyptic Reset (2021). He publishes The Voice of Evangelism, a bi-monthly ministry magazine distributed nationally and internationally, and has written more than forty gospel songs. Manna-Fest with Perry Stone, his weekly prophecy-focused broadcast, has aired on the Trinity Broadcasting Network since 2000 and is also carried on Daystar and other Christian networks, alongside a substantial catalog of teaching audio and video.

Manna-Fest has been ranked among the top-rated programs on several Christian television networks according to Nielsen ratings data reported by the ministry. Stone has ministered in more than a dozen foreign nations, hosts an annual International Prophetic Summit and fall conference known as The Main Event, and has distributed teaching materials to incarcerated and impoverished populations internationally through VOE’s outreach and missions programs.
Personal
Stone married Pamela (Pam) Stone on April 2, 1982, in Northport, Alabama; she serves alongside him in ministry leadership at VOE. The couple co-authored a joint memoir, We’re Not Finished Yet! The Personal Memoirs of Perry and Pam Stone (2005).
