David Fore

David has served in Ministry for over 24 years, founding It Ain’t Over Ministries with James Burch in 2008 as a Classical Pentecostal, Spirit-filled outreach dedicated to the restoration of the whole person through the Gospel. He holds an honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree and has spent decades in deep study of Scripture — including the Biblical Hebrew & Greek — driven by a conviction that the truths of the early Church deserve to be studied & practiced with the same rigor they were once taught with, not simplified for convenience.
From 2009 to 2023, David collaborated with his close friend and IAOM co-founder James to write the 374-page Remnant Bible Study Course — the flagship curriculum now taught at The Remnant Bible Academy. David & James founded The Remnant Bible Academy to extend that same conviction beyond IAOM’s first calling: that serious believers deserve serious Doctrinal, Theological education, taught without shortcuts and tested against the whole counsel of Scripture.
Alongside The Remnant Bible Academy, David & James also oversees their Beyond The Label Ministry. Beyond his role in the classroom, David is the architect behind every part of the Ministry’s digital presence — designing, building, and personally administering the websites, systems, and course infrastructure across It Ain’t Over Ministries, Beyond The Label, and The Remnant Bible Academy. He believes that the tools used to teach the Word should be held to the same standard of care as the teaching itself, and brings that same conviction for rigor and craftsmanship to everything the ministry puts in front of a student.
