- Commitment to Honesty: We value integrity. Please ensure all information provided is accurate, as providing false information may result in the rejection of your application or the loss of your credentials.
- Learning About Your Journey: To ensure a good fit for this calling, you give us permission to speak with references and others regarding your background and application.
- Reviewing Records: You authorize IAOM to review relevant documents—such as educational, church, or legal records—and to make copies if necessary for our files.
- Staying Current: You agree to sign any new authorizations or updates that may be needed during your time with IAOM.
- Sharing Information: You allow IAOM to share necessary details from your application with the individuals or organizations we contact during this process.
Important Reminders:
- Liability Release: By signing, you release IAOM and those providing information from any liability related to these background checks. IAOM relies on the information it receives and is not responsible for any inaccuracies provided by outside sources.
- Resolving Differences: To maintain the spirit of our covenant, please note that filing a lawsuit against the ministry will result in the forfeiture of your credentials.
- Employment Status: Ordination is a spiritual credential and does not create an employment relationship with It Ain’t Over Ministries.
